One of the three forms given in the 1970 Liturgy (pages 5-6, 13-16)
One of the forms given below.
In using these forms it may be helpful to have in mind the following:
Forms 1, 2, and 4 allow biddings to be made in each section of the prayer, followed by silence and a versicle and response. These biddings should be limited in number and brief.
Forms 4, 5, 6, 7 are essentially in Litany form and should be led without insertions (though Form 4 indicates three places at which brief insertions can be made). Particular requests for prayer should be indicated before the formal prayer (e.g. in our prayers today we remember particularly ...). The formal prayer should then follow without interruption.
Sources: Form 1 is adapted from the 1970 Liturgy. Forms 2 & 3 are taken from the Prayer Book of the Episcopal Church of the USA. Forms 3 & 5 are from the Scottish Liturgy 1980. Form 6 derives from Taize. Form 7 is taken from the Franciscan Office Book.
